How Wheel Loader Works
The wheel loader works based on the basic movements of the bucket. The important bucket movement is to lower the bucket above the ground, push forward (load / displace), lift the bucket, carry and dispose of the load.
In filling the load into the truck, the Wheel Loader has 3 loading methods, namely:
1. Shape Loading, the truck moves forward when the wheel loader takes material from the stock pile and the truck moves backwards when the truck is loaded by the loader.
2. V-Shape Loading, the truck does not move, when filling the material to the full and the wheel loader moves back and forth to form the letter V from the direction of material picking to the position of the truck;
3. Pass Loading, the truck moves from the loader to the other loader until it is fully loaded.
