Wheel loaders are tractors with rubber wheels equipped bucket. Very efficient for flat and sturdy dry work areas because it has a high level of mobility. Wheel Loaders move with articulated which will provide flexible space. Usually wheel loaders are used to load material to dump trucks or move material to other places. When the loader digs, the bucket is pushed on the material, if the bucket is full then the tractor backs up and the bucket is lifted up which is then moved.
How Wheel Loader Works
The wheel loader works based on the basic movements of the bucket. The important bucket movement is to lower the bucket above the ground, push forward (load / displace), lift the bucket, carry and dispose of the load. In filling the load into the truck, the Wheel Loader has 3 loading methods, namely: 1. Shape Loading, the truck moves forward when the wheel loader takes material from the stock pile and the truck moves backwards when the truck is loaded by the loader. 2. V-Shape Loading, the truck does not move, when filling the material to the full and the wheel loader moves back and forth to form the letter V from the direction of material picking to the position of the truck; 3. Pass Loading, the truck moves from the loader to the other loader until it is fully loaded.
